January 25th, 2017: during the event ‘Does investing in the Italian capital market pay? The past decade perspective ‘, held at Bocconi University, Equita Sim presented the awards for the best strategies in using capital markets.
The awards, presented by Equita Sim under the auspices of Bocconi University and Italian Stock Exchange, have for the past four years aimed at giving recognition to the companies selected for the originality and effectiveness of the transactions and the use made of capital markets as a lever for furthering the development of their businesses.
SITI-B&T Group received its award alongside important Italian companies such as Ferrari, Technogym and Ima, in the section dedicated to the collection of funds on the stock market by small businesses.
SCOA’s team acted as SITI-B&T Group’s Financial and Legal Advisor throughout the entire process of structuring the transaction, which raised nearly 30 million euro to be employed for the development and further internationalization of the company.
